HOW ACCURATE ARE THE COLOURS OF YOUR PRODUCTS IN YOUR IMAGES?
We strive to represent our products accurately in all photographs. However, it's important to note that colours may appear differently on various screens, and your screen settings can influence how you perceive a product. As a result, the colours you see on screen should be considered a guide only. We do offer samples of all our products so you can see them before purchasing in larger quantities.Please be aware that Northernprintingco cannot be held responsible for perceived colour discrepancies. Furthermore, slight colour variations may occur due to the unique manufacturing processes associated with each product. This is especially true for paper, wax and ribbon items, where different batches may exhibit slight differences in colour.Our suppliers indicate that a 2% colour variation is normal for certain ranges. While we make every effort to use products from the same batch, there may be instances where we need to utilize different batches to fulfil an order when there is an insufficient quantity from a single batch.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I’VE MADE MY ORDER?
Once you’ve placed your order, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse to process for delivery, which makes any amendments or changes quite tricky to implement. Ideally, delivery addresses should be confirmed before the order is placed, but you can email us on hello@northernprintingco.co.uk and we will make every effort to change your shipping address.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Our handmade paper is vegan and is made from recycled materials. Our wax does contain bees wax so this is not vegan.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
We know how important it can be to see a product before ordering in larger quantities, so we have put together sample packs of all our products. These can be found here.
CAN I PRINT ON YOUR HANDMADE PAPER AT HOME?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order please email us on hello@northernprintingco.co.uk and we can cancel the order aslong as it hasnt already been shipped.
AN ITEM I NEED IS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock please reach out to us on hello@northernprintingco.co.uk and we can double check for you and let you know when its likely to be restocked.
I NEED TO ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER
Unfortunatley we cant change orders once they have been placed. However if it has not yet been shipped you can place and additional order and email us on hello@northernprintingco.co.uk with both order numbers and we can combine them on shipping and refund one of the postage costs.
DELIVERY
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We post orders on Mondays, Wednesday & Friday (except for bank holidays) and all orders are shipped first class with royal mail (within UK). If your in a rush we do have the option to select special shipping which will be shipped on the same days as normal orders but are guarenteed next day by 1pm.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. prices vary and can be found on checkout. Please be aware you may be charged import and tax on your parcel depending on your country and we are not liable for this. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you select. If you cannot see that we ship to your country you can email us on hello@northernprintingco.co.uk for a price.
I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDER CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?
We make every effort to spot duplicate orders but sometimes dont always spot them until they have been packed. If you have placed two order and your first order hasnt been already shipped we will be happy to combine these and refund the additional postage. Your best to send us an email on hello@northernprintingco.co.uk to let us know so we dont miss it.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF IM NOT HAPPY WITH IT
